Flexible Magnetic materials have physical properties that
allow them to be used in a variety of ways that would not be
possible with more brittle materials. They can be coiled,
twisted, or cut into shapes without any loss of magnetic
capability.
EA Magnetics offers flexible magnets in a variety of grades
and sizes. Flexible material
is available on rolls, cut and scored to length, or made to
your exact specifications. The nature of the material makes
it possible to achieve very tight tolerances.
Flexible magnets have energy products ranging from 0.6 MGOe
for standard energy material to 1.6 MGOe for high-energy
material. Flexible magnets have a maximum operating
temperature of 250 F.
Flexible magnets can be fabricated with pressure sensitive
adhesive, making it simple to attach them to any hard
surface. Both indoor and outdoor grades of adhesive are
available, and we also offer flexible material in a wide
variety of colors for decorative purposes..
